Lead quality excellence in one of the region’s most advanced transplant programs. Loyola Medicine is seeking an experienced Transplant Quality Administrator to provide strategic leadership for quality, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance across our solid‑organ transplant and ventricular assist device (VAD) programs. This role is essential to sustaining exceptional patient outcomes and ensuring continuous compliance with CMS, UNOS/OPTN, INTERMACS, and The Joint Commission standards. Position Summary The Transplant Quality Administrator is responsible for directing the quality infrastructure that supports Loyola Medicine’s transplant and ventricular assist device (VAD) programs. This role oversees the systems, processes, and performance standards that ensure high‑reliability care delivery across all transplant services. Working collaboratively with clinical, operational, and organizational quality leaders, the Transplant Quality Administrator drives data‑informed decision‑making, maintains regulatory readiness, and facilitates the execution of improvement initiatives that enhance patient safety, program outcomes, and operational effectiveness within the academic medical center.
