As Transplant Program Assistant, you will coordinate administrative support for the Transplant Program across all phases of care, from referral for evaluation to post-transplant follow-up. However, this role is so much more than simple scheduling or completing evaluations - you are integral to the success of the Transplant Program, ensuring patients have access to the life-saving treatment they need. This department is very busy, so you have an additional opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that stretches your skills and enhances your ability to provide exceptional customer support. A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
