Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of nursing theory and practice involved in providing nursing care. Familiarity with organization and function of departments, policies, procedures and regulations. Orchestrates the care of patients with end stage organ disease. CCTC - Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator required within 2 years of hire as a Transplant Nurse Coordinator.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program.
- PA Registered Nurse License
- Cert Clinical Transplant Coord
- 3 years experience in nursing.
- General Experience and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record.
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program.
- General Experience in a Transplant program.
- General Experience in critical care
Responsibilities
