Specialty: Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking a Board-Certified or Eligible Transplant Hepatologist to join our rapidly growing Liver Transplant Program at the LVHN-Cedar Crest Campus in Allentown, PA. This is more than a position—it’s a rare opportunity to shape a world-class program in a region with unmatched patient volume and geographic reach. Serving the greater Lehigh Valley and surrounding Pennsylvania region, our program is strategically positioned to offer comprehensive liver care to one of the largest patient populations in the state. Our Liver Transplant Program, launched in February 2025, has already exceeded predicted volumes, performing over 20 complex liver transplants in less than a year, including severe alcohol hepatitis, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), simultaneous liver-kidney (SLK), neuroendocrine tumors (NET), acute liver failure (ALF), HCV, NAFLD, and autoimmune hepatitis (AIH).
