Responsibilities
- Disassemble transmissions using various tools including impact guns and hand tools.
- Inspect parts for damage and order necessary replacements.
- Dry parts after washing and polish as needed.
- Perform sub-assembly tasks including inspecting pumps and measuring gear clearance.
- Assemble transmissions using tools such as torque wrenches and gauges, ensuring proper installation.
Requirements
- Willing to learn - on-the-job training provided.
- Must be reliable and demonstrate mutual trust and respect.
- Ability to multi-task or perform repetitive tasks as required.
- Process-oriented and willing to follow established procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Ability to stand or walk for an entire 10-hour shift.
