Requirements
- Ford Certified Transmission Technician
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician (Ford dealership experience preferred)
- Expertise in diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Positive attitude , excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Ford dealership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform specialized transmission repairs with efficiency and accuracy
- Utilize Ford diagnostic tools and advanced service equipment
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Collaborate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of needed repairs and estimated timelines
- Test-drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality after service
- Stay up-to-date with new Ford transmission technology and repair procedures
