Transmission Line Asset Strategy and Standards responsible for asset health and engineering drawings and designs. This can include analyzing wildfire risk and probability of failure of transmission line equipment and components determining engineering standards for the construction, repair, maintenance and inspection of equipment and structures PG&E is providing the hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. The hourly range for this role is 19.91 to 36.42 The successful intern will have the opportunity to lead and/or support activities as described above working with a team of experienced transmission line engineers. Additionally, the intern will gain knowledge of the larger Electrical Operations organization through the work they will be performing.
