About The Position

Working under the direct supervision of the Transmission Construction Services Manager, the Construction Services Coordinator is responsible for reviewing the planning stories and the associated projects; recommending construction schedules, developing and revising preliminary sequence drawings, confirming construction scopes, and communicating as needed on overall project status with multiple parties. The assigned projects are in the early stages of planning and are one to two years before construction starts in most instances. The Construction Services Coordinator is expected to work from the office/remotely as well as in the field, as required, to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the role. The environment and working conditions can be physically and mentally demanding. This position requires frequent on-site visits regardless of weather conditions. Project reviews may occur when no other stakeholders are assigned and will occur prior to or during the design phase of the project. This position can be challenging due to the number of projects assigned and the changing project constructability options, which require a “re-shuffling” of construction options and re-sequencing.
