About The Position

U.S. Rail & Logistics is a leading provider of transloading services, specializing in the efficient transfer of bulk commodities between different modes of transportation. With a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we deliver innovative solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our customers across various industries. We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Transload Operator to join our operations team in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, ensuring efficient material handling, and maintaining strong communication across the team to support daily transloading activities.

Requirements

Prior experience in an industrial, logistics, or transloading environment is preferred.
Must be able to pass pre employment drug test and background check.
Must be on time every day, have reliable transportation, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding work.
Willingness to work in outdoor and variable weather conditions.
Forklift and heavy equipment experience is strongly preferred (certification is a plus).

Responsibilities

Ensure strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
Operate a variety of equipment including conveyors, forklifts, and pumps.
Load and unload railcars and trucks efficiently and safely.
Conduct basic equipment inspections and routine housekeeping of the work area.
Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to maintain workflow and address issues quickly.
Accurately complete paperwork and documentation related to product handling and inventory.
