About The Position

Dynasty Financial Partners seeks a motivated, self-starting individual to join our firm as a Transitions Technology Specialist. This role is a transitions-focused client success and technical support position, designed specifically to support “Network Partners” (RIA client businesses) through the full lifecycle of their transition onto the Dynasty platform—from pre-launch configuration to post-launch stabilization. The Transitions Technology Specialist will serve as a transition specialist, ensuring all relevant technology is properly configured, workflows and recommendations are documented, and onsite transition activities are executed smoothly. This individual will own the Network Partner relationship from a technology perspective beginning approximately three months prior to launch through three months post-launch.

Requirements

  • Experience administrating Salesforce, performance reporting platforms (e.g., Black Diamond, Addepar), or financial planning tools (eMoney, MoneyGuide) strongly preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
  • Prior experience as a Client Success Manager, Business Analyst, Transition Consultant, or Project Manager preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively for onsite transitions.
  • Ad-hoc domestic travel required based on the timing of launches, including onsite support during and after go-live; quarterly travel may total between 20–50% depending on the transition pipeline.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management, prioritization, and ability to handle multiple concurrent transition tasks.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally while managing fast-moving transition environments.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable instructions.
  • Adapt quickly, think proactively, and build strong rapport with transitioning Network Partners.
  • Expand knowledge of Dynasty’s broader tech stack and integrated systems quickly.
  • Work independently while coordinating across multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all technology used during the transition process is configured, tested, and documented—including workflows, recommended processes, and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary technology point of contact for incoming Network Partners throughout the transition lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal Product, Engineering, and Technology teams to validate system readiness.
  • Own the Network Partner technology relationship for ~3 months pre-launch through ~3 months post-launch.
  • Understand partner business needs and identify opportunities to streamline workflows through technology.
  • Advise partners on best practices for adoption of Dynasty platforms and integrated third-party tools.
  • Assist partners in understanding and implementing recommended transition workflows and processes.
  • Host implementation and training calls independently and jointly with vendors.
  • Create transition-specific documentation, workflow guides, training materials, and best-practice recommendations.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with partners, internal teams, and resource partners.
  • Collaborate with Dynasty Product & Engineering to communicate transition-driven feedback and support product readiness.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Relationship Management, and Marketing to support operational efficiencies and transition deliverables.
  • Coordinate technical support needs—including data audits, updates, user permissions, and issue escalation.
  • Travel onsite for all transitions to: Set up Dynasty and partner-facing technologies. Train the partner’s team on system usage and workflows. Provide real-time troubleshooting and transition-day support. Document onsite observations, partner needs, risks, and follow-up items.
