About The Position
Now Hiring: STAT Transitional Nurse (RN) - Westchester County/ Bronx/Rockland County/Orange County Ready for a role where every shift counts and so do you? BAYADA is seeking experienced RNs to deliver high-acuity, one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes across Westchester County, Rockland County, Orange County and the Bronx. As a Transitional Nurse, you'll take on varied assignments - supporting new case starts, urgent callouts and complex care needs. This role is for RNs who are skilled, adaptable and driven by purpose. Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of New York
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
- Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients
- Willingness to travel to 3 out of 4 areas; The Bronx, Westchester County, Rockland County, Orange County
- Strong clinical skills, flexibility and a proactive mindset

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients
- Support new case openings and emergency coverage needs
- Precept and mentor new nurses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate and support families and caregivers
- Represent BAYADA with professionalism, compassion and clinical excellence
