About The Position

BAYADA is seeking experienced RNs to deliver high-acuity, one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes across Westchester County, Rockland County, Orange County and the Bronx. As a Transitional Nurse, you'll take on varied assignments - supporting new case starts, urgent callouts and complex care needs. This role is for RNs who are skilled, adaptable and driven by purpose.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of New York
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
• Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients
• Willingness to travel to 3 out of 4 areas; The Bronx, Westchester County, Rockland County, Orange County
• Strong clinical skills, flexibility and a proactive mindset
