The Transitional Leasing Representative is responsible for generating revenue through Pop-up and short-term deal making for multiple centers in a specific geographic area, by canvassing, cold calling, growing existing tenants and identifying new concepts. Required to meet business income goals through aggressive deal-making for new transactions and renewals. Must communicate effectively and persuasively with prospective and existing tenants and local, regional, and corporate employees of various levels.
