Provide trauma informed comprehensive services to transitional housing families. Developing individualized housing and service plans, including planning a path to permanent housing stability. Monitor and evaluate program participant progress Serve as primary contact for housing assistance from both survivors and community partners Develop partnerships with housing and community providers to assist survivors in housing Troubleshooting technical housing issues as they arise with staff, victim advocates, and victims accessing housing programs Providing information and referrals to other providers or programs Providing ongoing risk assessment and safety planning with participants Transport victims to and from necessary appointments including daily needs, medical, legal, law enforcement, court, etc. Attend conferences and workshops related to housing issues concerning victims of crime. Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports. Assist with capacity building and research to further develop the Transitional Housing program. Create and present culturally appropriate educational material regarding domestic violence to community partners including area schools, Meskwaki Community, and Tribal employees Other duties as assigned.
