About The Position
The position involves the development and implementation of global Digital Workplace standards in alignment with the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) and the overall MAHLE IT roadmap. The role requires the development of both high-level and low-level solution designs for new Digital Workplace services, ensuring compliance with established processes and methods based on Business Relationship Management requests. Additionally, the candidate will validate new solutions through proof of concepts (PoCs) and create business cases to secure management approvals. The role also includes managing multidisciplinary projects that involve the implementation of new technologies, as well as the documentation necessary for transitioning to operation, such as service descriptions and operational manuals. The candidate will be responsible for transitioning and transforming existing technologies into a global delivery model, which includes setting up knowledge transfer, coaching, and potential training. Following existing rules for change processes and reporting within MAHLE IT committee structures is also essential. The position requires direct control over service-providing units and assigned project members.
