The Transition-to-Work Coordinator supports students with intellectual disabilities as they prepare for the transition from college to post-graduation life. This role encompasses comprehensive transition planning, including job search and application support and coordination of independent living, community integration, emotional and physical wellness, and social engagement. The Transition-to-Work Coordinator serves as a strategic liaison between students and their support networks—including the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), families, residential providers, benefits counselors, and employers—ensuring collaboration and person-centered planning throughout the transition process. This position advances Regis University’s mission through the Jesuit value of Cura Personalis, or care for the whole person, by providing holistic, individualized support. The coordinator will empower students to become engaged community members and men and women for others. The ideal candidate will be a skilled relationship builder committed to inclusion, with strong attention to detail and clear communication skills. Please note that this position is contingent upon TIPSID grant funding. Employment for the duration of the grant (five years from October 1, 2025) is not guaranteed.
