Trinity is seeking candidates pursuing an MD, PhD, PharmD or post-doc in the life sciences to join our Transition to Trinity Workshop. Our three-day program offers a glimpse into a typical day of a life science strategy Consultant. Participants will engage with Trinity Consultants on a real-life project simulation that demonstrates how a consulting engagement runs from beginning to end. Interview Process Candidates selected for an interview will be contacted directly within one week of the application deadline. Interviews will consist of two rounds – a recorded video interview, and one 45-minute Microsoft Teams video interview that will include both case and behavioral components with a member of our Client Services team. T2T is first and foremost an experiential learning program. However, Trinity does take the opportunity to evaluate candidates for full-time positions. Should there be a business need, the TA team will reach out directly to the candidate.
