POSITION\: Part-Time Transition to College Coordinator (Coordinator of Alternative Studies): Center for Adult Education; Lawrence Campus (45 Franklin Street); MCCC/MTA Unit PT Professional Position; up to 16 hours per week. This position is grant-funded and is contingent upon the availability of funding. Continuation of the position is dependent on ongoing grant support and may be subject to termination if funding is reduced or discontinued. SUMMARY\: The Transition to College Coordinator (T2C) oversees the planning, implementation, and daily operations of the DESE-funded T2C program, supporting ESOL and HSE students as they prepare for and enroll in college. This role provides leadership, direction, and guidance to T2C staff and adjunct instructors, ensures alignment with strategic objectives, and manages program compliance, budgets, and reporting requirements. The Coordinator also fosters partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, contributes to program development, and actively participates in community outreach to promote adult education and college transition initiatives SCHEDULE\: Monday through Thursday, 4\:00pm - 8\:00pm
