At Caring Transitions of Spanaway, we’re a fast-growing, woman-owned company helping seniors and families through major life transitions—relocations, downsizing, home organization, estate sales, home clear-outs, and online auctions. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, hands-on, and making a real difference. What We Do: Senior relocations, estate sales, and home clear-outs Packing, sorting, and organizing household belongings Removing trash and donations from homes Identifying sellable items vs. donations Preparing items for our online estate sale auctions Taking photos of auction items and uploading them to our platform Every home is different. Every day is different. Some days are fast-paced. Some homes are dusty. Some jobs are emotional. But the end result is always the same: a clean finish, a grateful family, and a job well done. What We’re Looking For: Dependable and motivated (we can train skills—we can’t train reliability) Strongly organized with attention to detail Comfortable using smartphones/iPads for photos and uploads Able to recognize items of value for resale/auction (or willing to learn) Able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and do repetitive bending/lifting Comfortable working in a variety of home environments Team-oriented and professional in a client’s home Able to travel to job sites (reliable transportation required) Team Leads Needed! We are also hiring Team Leads who can: Lead and direct the team on-site Communicate directly with clients in a calm, professional way Help prepare schedule and keep the day moving Take ownership of the job and keep standards high Lead positions have the potential for full time hours If you’re the kind of person who naturally steps up and helps a team stay focused—we want you.
