As the Transition Support Partner (TSP) in Business Transitions at LPL Financial, you will play a crucial role in leading independent and institutional advisors as they transition their businesses to LPL. The training will focus on three key elements: mirroring the advisor's book of business to LPL, understanding the asset transfer process, and maintaining accounts to ultimately help grow the advisor's business. You will also provide repapering support to assist new advisors in moving their books of business to LPL Financial. Building a trusting partnership with each advisor is essential, as you will need to leverage preset strategies to ensure their entire book of business transitions smoothly based on their specific goals. As the subject matter expert, you will be the go-to person for advisors throughout their transition, actively listening to their needs and ensuring that they are addressed promptly. This role offers a robust career path, with successful TSPs having the opportunity to promote into Senior TSP roles or other positions within Business Transitions or Business Development.
