About The Position

The Transition Project Manager at Paycom, also known as Transition Specialist Representative, is responsible for leading the implementation of Paycom solutions for clients. This role involves collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction, aiming for 100% usage and adoption of the Paycom software. The position requires effective communication, project management, and risk management skills to navigate client needs and deliver results efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of applicable experience in a customer-facing role.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications such as Six Sigma (White Belt, Green Belt), CAPM, CSM, PMP, MBA or comparable program.
  • Bilingual preferred; able to read, write, and speak Spanish and/or French proficiently.
  • Public speaking/presentation skills with both small and large formats (50+ attendees).
  • Intermediate knowledge of the industry, product, and processes.
  • Intermediate project management and planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define a detailed implementation plan for all clients aiming for 100% employee usage.
  • Successfully implement newly released tools with all clients and hold them accountable to deadlines.
  • Organize time effectively and utilize self-management habits to increase productivity.
  • Manage and allocate resources to ensure efficient completion of work on or before deadlines.
  • Process standard to complex payrolls and coordinate payroll processing timelines with clients.
  • Provide technical and functional support to internal and external parties with a Paycom Project Plan.
  • Work with clients to map their current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect setup documentation of all applicable HCM tools from clients.
  • Ensure all open implementation tasks are completed and conduct client acceptance meetings.
  • Meet internal deadlines for reports and trainings.
  • Lead the internal implementation team in creating and executing employee usage strategies.
  • Diagnose, research, and resolve customer concerns and requests.
  • Make independent decisions on problem resolution consistent with Paycom policies.
  • Submit sensitive data through appropriate Paycom platforms in accordance with security standards.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and assess risk.
  • Record setup and trainings for all HCM tools per client using the Paycom Project Plan.
  • Promote the use of Paycom HCM tools through training on-site or via web meeting.
  • Drive the company vision through the utilization of Paycom software and adapt to internal process changes.
  • Complete Paycom software training to stay updated on new releases and functionality.
  • Monitor all communication channels and provide prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Communicate the importance of data validation and first payroll preparation requirements to clients.
  • Ensure documentation of client processes and account notes are logged timely within Paycom Client Intelligence.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with Paycom personnel and management.
