  • Leads and manages the recruiting effort across Team Empower AI during Transition-In operations.
  • Maximizes the global staffing reach of large-business subcontractors and the specialized capabilities of small-business subcontractors.
  • Collaborates with program manager and staff on staffing requirements and priorities.
  • Facilitates workshare assignments for all Team Empower AI teammates.
  • Tracks and reports candidate status.
  • Conducts daily PRRC Phase-In meetings.
  • Assists partners in candidate deconfliction process based on workshare, tasks assigned, incumbent status, and first contact.
  • Reviews staffing requirements and works with assigned recruiters to develop job requisitions.
  • Reviews resumes, screens and routes resumes to appropriate manager.
  • Assists managers in following appropriate interviewing and hiring procedures.
  • Facilitates hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Supports the onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintains business relationships with program managers and teammate recruiters and managers.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7-12 years of management experience
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Teams, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or higher
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certified
  • DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) IT Project Manager qualified (DCWF 802)
  • GSEC or Security+ certified, or higher
  • Experience supporting Army Information Technology programs
