About The Position
Under the supervision of the Transition Director, the primary role of this position is to manage the new property takeover tasks for stabilized and lease-ups for RangeWater and 3rd Party ownership. Responsible for facilitating the setup of preferred vendor accounts, program implementation, and client contact during property transition.
