About The Position
The Transition Manager is responsible for overseeing transformational changes during new business acquisitions within the Food and Beverage sector. This role ensures that operational transitions align with contractual obligations, schedules, and budgets. Acting as the single point of contact, the Transition Manager updates management, transition team members, and clients on any changes, assesses risk factors, and facilitates approved transition processes. The position requires close collaboration with the F&B startup team to ensure a seamless transition experience for clients and employees, from contract award through to full operational functionality.
