Requirements

  • Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7-12 years of management experience
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Teams, Project, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or higher
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certified
  • DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) IT Project Manager qualified (DCWF 802)
  • GSEC or Security+ certified, or higher
  • Experience supporting Army Information Technology programs

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategies to capture, organize, and disseminate critical organizational knowledge across teams.
  • Ensure that valuable expertise is readily accessible to employees, promoting collaboration and driving continuous learning.
  • Develop and manage knowledge management systems.
  • Monitor knowledge transfer effectiveness and foster a culture of knowledge exchange.
  • Identify key knowledge areas and subject matter experts, and create structured plans to transfer knowledge.
  • Utilize various methods to capture critical knowledge, such as documenting processes and creating training materials.
  • Maintain and update a centralized knowledge base, ensuring information is organized and accurate.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to equip employees with necessary skills for knowledge transfer.
  • Encourage peer-to-peer knowledge sharing through mentorship programs and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to assess the impact of knowledge transfer initiatives.
  • Promote a culture where employees are encouraged to actively share their expertise.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms to enhance knowledge capture, storage, and retrieval.
