About The Position
The Transition Consultant will guide and support PSI Services through change management processes, focusing on transforming organizational design, technology use, and workforce engagement. This role involves providing consultancy services to assess, plan, and manage effective business changes, ensuring improvements in customer service and operational efficiency. The consultant will work closely with Operations and HR teams to facilitate a successful transformation journey over a 9-month contract period.
