About The Position

The Pass Comm Capital Project Manager will inventory and manage the Pass Comm Capital projects portfolio, coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of Capital Pass Comm related projects. The role requires ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. They will provide guidance to the project team throughout the project lifecycle to meet applicable business requirements and support the development and deployment of project management standards, guidelines, and processes. The Project Manager will report and escalate to management as needed, manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, perform risk management to minimize project risks, and establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Additionally, they will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, meet budgetary objectives, and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis. The role also involves developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members, as well as developing spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in Pass Comm Technologies at TRANSIT
• Proven working experience in project management
• Knowledge of TRANSIT PA system and requirements
• Knowledge of TRANSIT Station signage equipment and systems
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Access or PowerPoint
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
