The candidate will perform the following duties: Support the creation of and provide leadership for an enterprise endeavor to modernize a Federal customer's IT support model. Serve as a change agent, liaising across government, Amentum, and subcontractor teams to create lasting technological, process, and cultural change. Manages day-to-day technical operations including all aspects of systems integration, engineering design, material procurement, fabrication, systems assembly and installation, environmental testing, logistics, fielding, and follow-on support. Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities. Interface with government personnel. Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards. Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates. Manage logistics support analysis for military systems. Manage systems safety studies. Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of administrative, program, and technical personnel. Responsible for managing and controlling schedules and cost to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort. Provides direction for operations and ensuring compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures. Provides recommendations for resolution of technical problems to the Government staff and team. Other duties as assigned.
