The Transformation Initiative Specialist (Program Specialist VII) reports to the Director of Transformation and maintains the Support Services Agreements (SSAs) initiative required by Senate Bill 200, 84th Texas Legislature, Regular Session. In addition, this position will lead and support projects within the Office of Transformation and Innovation (OTI). The Transformation Initiative Specialist must work under minimal supervision, demonstrating a high degree of attention to detail, initiative, and independent judgment. This position communicates critical information to the OTI Deputy Executive Commissioner (DEC), the Deputy Associate Commissioner (DAC) for Process Excellence and Strategy, agency leaders, internal stakeholders, and others.
