The Impact you will have in this role: As a member of the Enterprise Transformation team, the Transformation Delivery Director leads a portfolio of complex programs and cross-functional initiatives acting as strategic partner to business, technology, operations, and control leaders. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment between enterprise strategy, investment, and execution while driving disciplined delivery, transparency, and measurable business outcomes across the portfolio for DTCC, our clients, and the global financial markets. This role requires a well-seasoned program management and people leader with a strong enterprise mindset, executive presence, and the ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, and regulated environment. Success in this position demands the ability to oversee multiple complex programs, engage executives to shape priorities, resolve tradeoffs, and remove barriers, and develop high-performing teams of program management professionals that deliver predictable outcomes in the face of ambiguity and evolving enterprise needs.
