About The Position

The Transformation Analyst will be a key member of Zurich Cover-More's global transformation team, supporting the Global Transformation Lead in designing and implementing the future state operating model for the business. The Transformation Analyst will contribute directly to shaping how the business operates globally, partnering with leaders across distribution, underwriting, claims, assistance, and shared services to capture requirements, design future processes, and build the roadmap to get there.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7+ years of experience in Insurance or Consulting
  • Proven experience in operating model design, organizational effectiveness, or large-scale transformation
  • Knowledge and application of change management methodologies and tools
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to structure, track, and deliver complex initiatives
  • Demonstrated success building credibility and influencing across business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Experience working within the complexities of post-acquisition or integration contexts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong consulting and influencing skills

Nice To Haves

  • In-depth knowledge of travel insurance or the broader insurance industry, with subject matter expertise in at least one functional area (Distribution, Underwriting, Claims, etc.)
  • Prior experience in a post-merger integration environment
  • Experience developing and managing business cases, including financial modeling and benefit realization tracking

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current and future processes, gather functional requirements, and provide insights to support leadership decisions
  • Contribute to scenario design, business cases, and roadmaps that guide transformation priorities and investments
  • Research and summarize market options for technology platforms to inform system and process choices
  • Prepare charters, project plans, and deliverables to keep operating model workstreams structured and on track
  • Support change management and communications by creating clear, engaging materials for a wide range of stakeholders
  • Assist with program coordination, reporting, and milestone tracking to ensure progress across multiple workstreams
  • Provide structured analysis, decision support, and execution discipline to shape and deliver the global operating model
  • Help the business navigate post-merger integration challenges and build a unified, scalable platform for growth
