In this role, you will lead collaboration sessions with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, finance, and IT to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives. You will participate in sessions to document requirements for IT to develop, and then execute test plans to ensure that these requirements meet the business needs. Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, business process owners, and subject matter experts is crucial. You will also lead change management activities that enable successful adoption of the upgraded software, which includes communication, training, and general project management. Additionally, you will research, benchmark, and identify best practices while participating in continuous education to guide the business in identifying differentiator or competitive advantage processes. Proactively identifying project issues and recommending viable solutions will be part of your responsibilities.
