Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minium of 1 year of experience operating stamping press, working with coiled steel, & OR similar industrial machinery.
  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints or technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • machine operation & maintenance.
  • Experience with stamping presses & automated production lines.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate stamping press machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and tolerances.
  • Adjust machine settings such as speed, pressure, and feed to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of stamping press equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Document production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered during shifts for reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to identify and resolve mechanical problems promptly.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
