About The Position

We are seeking a full-time individual to join our Transfer Team. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented person with strong compassion to support families during times of loss by transporting loved ones into our care at the funeral home. The position includes on-call hours and overnight shifts. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, the ability to work independently, and a valid driver's license. We are a 4th‑generation family-owned company offering great benefits and a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Transport loved ones into the funeral home’s care in a professional, compassionate manner
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to families during sensitive times
• Work independently during on-call and overnight shifts
• Ensure safe, timely, and respectful completion of all transfer responsibilities
