Requirements

• Reliability: You show up on time and ready to work. Your team counts on you.
• Toughness: You aren't afraid of a little weather. Rain or shine, we get the job done.
• Communication: You’re comfortable talking to drivers and team members clearly.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required to help move between sites when needed.
• Physical Ability: You can comfortably lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming trucks to the right spots for unloading—you’re the "air traffic controller" of the transfer station.
• Help our customers get in and out quickly and safely.
• Work alongside heavy equipment operators (Wheel Loaders/Backhoes) to keep the site organized.
• Spot potential hazards or incidents before they happen and report them to the team.
• Properly identify waste materials unacceptable for disposal in the landfill and safely remove and separate
