This position is responsible for assisting the farm meet production goals while supervising and training hourly team members effectively. A successful Assistant Manager exhibits great leadership skills by showcasing knowledge and competencies to the team members, developing team members, oversee the administration of vaccinations and treatment with antibiotics, weaned piglet care, weaned piglet transportation and barn management.
