• Knowledge of university transfer requirements and Florida's Articulation Rule
• Experience with transcript evaluation

Responsibilities

• Maintains and reviews program-related data for continuous improvement purposes.
• Assists with Welcome Center responsibilities, including conducting campus tours as needed.
• Manages the communications and engagement process for prospective students interested in TSC's Aspire and Ignite transfer programs.
• Conducts preliminary reviews of all Aspire Elite applicants to determine eligibility for the pathway and assigns students to appropriate Aspire cohorts.
• Refers all Aspire Elite eligible candidates to the Director of Academic Advising in a timely manner.
• Assists the Transfer Services Outreach Coordinator with conducting information sessions and outreach activities to maintain an efficient applicant-to-enrollment pipeline.
• Collaborates with other programs and offices in TSC to ensure all transfer students are correctly tagged in the Student Information System.
