About The Position

Crowe LLP is seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Staff Consultant with relevant experience in the valuation of intercompany transfers of tangible and intangible goods, as well as services and financing transactions. We are seeking candidates who are strong technicians, understand transfer pricing concepts at an intermediate level, can delegate work to junior personnel, and desire to develop into a Transfer Pricing Manager. Requirements

  • Two (2) years of experience working full time in a transfer pricing consulting group
  • One of following preferred undergraduate majors or similar background: Accounting Economics, Finance, International Business, Mathematics, Quantitative Analysis or Statistics
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint (e.g., modeling and creating ad-hoc analyses, formatting, creating charts, graphs, diagrams, and tables, etc.)
  • Relevant work experience (e.g., internships, summer positions, school jobs)
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels
  • Strong work ethic, self-starting motivation, and availability to work extended hours as client demands dictate

Responsibilities

  • Prepare economic and financial analyses using MS Word, MS Excel, and transfer pricing-specific databases;
  • Interact with client management to obtain relevant company, financial, and industry information and data and understand key economic drivers of a supply chain;
  • Prepare and review transfer pricing reports and other deliverables that will be reviewed by clients’ senior management and relevant tax authorities;
  • Perform industry and company research;
  • Supervise and train junior personnel on developing economic and financial analyses and preparing transfer pricing reports;
  • Articulate to senior-level personnel transfer pricing technical issues as well as potential solution sets;
  • Assist with preparing client prospecting and business development materials (e.g., proposals, market and industry research, and technical papers, etc.)
  • Build relationships with other practices (e.g., State and Local Tax, M&A, Federal Tax, Tax Exempt teams) and Crowe Global’s worldwide affiliates
