Reporting to the Director, Transfer Pricing, the Transfer Pricing Manager plays a key role in executing Veralto’s global transfer pricing strategy, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, operational effectiveness, and business alignment. The role spans policy design, documentation, implementation, and support on audits and disputes, in collaboration with the global tax strategy team. This position works closely with teams operating on Eastern Time and therefore requires candidates to be based in the U.S. East Coast or Central time zones. The role is fully remote, with the option to work from the office in Waltham, MA if desired. The Transfer Pricing Manager is an individual contributor, reporting to a remote Director, and supports the design, implementation, and defense of global transfer pricing policies using strong analytical and quantitative skills. Periodic domestic and international travel is expected on a quarterly basis. Requirements

  • 5+ years of transfer pricing experience
  • Experience in a complex global organization and/or a major law or accounting firm
  • Strong financial modeling, profitability, and analytical skills
  • Solid knowledge of OECD guidelines, IRS regulations, and local transfer pricing rules
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or statistical tools a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead quantitative analysis, financial modeling, benchmarking, and pricing analytics for intercompany transactions
  • Prepare and review global transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files, CbCR) and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support global tax strategy, operating model optimization, restructurings, supply chain initiatives, and M&A (including post-deal integration)
  • Assist with tax controversy matters, including audits, APAs, and dispute resolution
  • Act as a strategic business partner to operating companies and cross-functional teams (Tax, Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Treasury)
  • Manage external advisors, budgets, and accruals; drive process improvements through automation and technology
  • Monitor regulatory changes and support governance, policies, and accurate tax reporting implementation
