Reporting to the Director, Transfer Pricing, the Transfer Pricing Manager plays a key role in executing Veralto’s global transfer pricing strategy, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, operational effectiveness, and business alignment. The role spans policy design, documentation, implementation, and support on audits and disputes, in collaboration with the global tax strategy team. This position works closely with teams operating on Eastern Time and therefore requires candidates to be based in the U.S. East Coast or Central time zones. The role is fully remote, with the option to work from the office in Waltham, MA if desired. The Transfer Pricing Manager is an individual contributor, reporting to a remote Director, and supports the design, implementation, and defense of global transfer pricing policies using strong analytical and quantitative skills. Periodic domestic and international travel is expected on a quarterly basis.
