About The Position

Aibidia is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to manage and deliver our transfer pricing services to some of the world’s largest and most successful multinational enterprises. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced transfer pricing professional to combine TP technical knowledge and a passion for working with clients with Aibidia’s leading tax technology platform to deliver best-in-class transfer pricing documentation at scale in a modern, tech-enabled way. As a key member of Aibidia’s Professional Services team, you will apply your strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and regulations to help optimize our customers' transfer pricing documentation and strategies. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will support documentation compliance, mitigate risk, and drive operational efficiency through the Aibidia platform. Your insights and hands-on experience will help shape the future of transfer pricing documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, with a strong preference for experience at a major public accounting firm;
Demonstrated ability to operate both as an individual contributor for complex transfer pricing documentation projects as well as managing global documentation projects;
In-depth knowledge of transfer pricing principles, U.S. transfer pricing regulations and OECD Guidelines;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders; and
U.S. working rights. No visa sponsorship will be offered for this role.

Transfer pricing experience both inside and outside the U.S. (e.g., through a secondment or international rotation).

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee transfer pricing advisory projects for MNEs of varying sizes using the Aibidia platform, ensuring the high-quality deliverables and timely execution;
Participate in discovery sessions with prospective customers and other stakeholders, gaining a detailed understanding of their transfer pricing set-up and clearly articulating how Aibidia addresses their needs;
Leverage the Aibidia platform to streamline and automate transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking, and reporting processes;
Collaborate closely with customer tax, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and effective use of the Aibidia platform;
Monitor and stay current on global transfer pricing regulations and development, ensuring customers remain compliant and strategically aligned;
Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation and customer presentations, to help expand Aibidia’s market presence; and
Play an active role in Aibidia's growth by contributing to the development and enhancement of data transformation strategies and solutions.
