About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities: Receives product as needed into Jonas inventory. Receives, confirms, and processes transfer requests from our outlets. Transfers product as needed from inventory to our outlets in Jonas. Prints & skus merchandise that is received as needed. Works closely with the Accounting Department to process invoices and receiving documents in a timely manner. Assists in conducting inventories as scheduled for the Central Warehouse and Food & Beverage inventories. Processes all returns for defective goods. Performs periodic spot checks on inventory. Ensures accurate inventory by properly performing the above duties and responsibilities. Assist in other functions as necessary. Safety Responsibilities and Requirements: Performs job responsibilities and operates equipment according to the company safety and training programs Reports safety or hazard concerns to the Warehouse Manager. Reports any on the job injury to the Warehouse Manager. Takes personal responsibility for safety every day

Requirements

Minimum two years inventory control experience
Must have knowledge of and experience with accounting procedures and processes.
Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, professional in form and content.
Must be detail oriented, excellent organizational skills and superior typing skills
Be computer literate in Windows and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Jonas experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
Must be able to complete tasks with little supervision.
Physical ability to lift up to 75lbs and perform physical duties such as bending, standing, stooping for extended periods of time.
Ability to attain Forklift Certification
