About The Position

To that purpose, we are committed to providing our customers with an easy and fun furniture shopping experience. The Transfer Box Truck Driver is critical in ensuring we meet that goal. This person is responsible for executing a daily operation of visiting the Louisville Market and collecting weekly clearance delivery.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
Willing to submit to physical capability test
Ability to follow safety guidelines
Clean Motor Vehicle Record
At least 21 years of age
Willing to work at least 40 hours a week
Proven record of delivering great customer service
Can perform continuous lifting and maneuvering of heavy furniture
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to team members
Track record of serving others and putting team goals first
Owners mindset; takes ownership over everything within scope of responsibility
Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems
Adaptability; flexible to shifting priorities and a changing environment
Desire to continuously improve

Contacts managers regarding pick-up at their stores
