Monitor and perform analysis on key service provider metrics, service levels, and controls a0nd act as a liaison between service provider and Nomura. Provide cross functional support vender management, user access, and Management / Board reporting Implementation of new initiatives and controls Special Projects: Represent Transfer Agent and serve as liaison to service providers Oversight of services provided by external transfer agent, including, but not limited to: Call Center New Account Set-up Transaction Processing Statements Account Holder Inquiries Client Statements and Confirmations Client Tax Reporting Financial Control (money movement / reconciliations) Lost Shareholder / Escheatment process Operational support for fund and firm initiatives including new fund launches, share class launches, fund mergers, name changes, fund proxies, and tender offers.
