Requirements

  • BS/BA required.
  • Must have 4+ years of financial services and management experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employees directly, provide coaching and feedback on a regular basis.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities by monitoring, reviewing and validating all daily activity, to ensure accuracy and adherence to controls within tight deadlines.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly client events that have strict processing and deliverable deadlines.
  • Review and approve cash movements to our clients and their shareholders daily.
  • Managing client Service Level Agreements as well as internal and external KPI’s while ensuring they are met.
  • Collaborate with other Transfer Agency business units as well as other departments within State Street.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle and resolve complex operational issues, as they arise.
  • Manage other projects or tasks, as assigned .
