  • Associate's degree in related field.
  • Three (3) or more years of work experience required, preferably in higher education.
  • One (1) year experience in student records or transfer credit preferred.
  • Experience with Student Administration software.
  • Experience in auditing data and preparing reports.
  • Experience in research interpreting and applying policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of work related information and materials.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with detailed information from a variety of sources.
  • Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
