Clarity Clinic is an interdisciplinary group private practice of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Advanced Practice Providers (PAs, NPs), Psychologists, and Therapists. Clarity Clinic is currently seeking a TMS Coordinator in the Chicagoland area to facilitate treatment sessions for individuals who are suffering from Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and other mental illnesses. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is the only FDA-approved non-invasive, non-systemic treatment for major depression and OCD. The TMS Coordinator will be responsible for administering the treatment, working alongside clients as they recover from their mental illness, and helping to track the clients' progress. The ideal candidate will be certified to deliver TMS Therapy under the supervision of our medical directors, staff physicians, and center manager. This position requires evening hours, with the last patient seen at 6 PM. The TMS Coordinator will also be involved in various office administrative tasks, including managing leads, reporting statistical activity to the center manager, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAA. The role also involves providing educational consultations to interested patients and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.
