About The Position
Mercer Medicine is searching for a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Coordinator for the Macon, Georgia clinic. The Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Coordinator has the primary responsibility of overseeing and implementing all processes and procedures related to administering TMS, which includes but is not limited to preparing devices, reviewing all medication/treatment administration information with patients, and monitoring all aspects of TMS treatment to ensure patient wellbeing and clinical accuracy. This position will work closely with Clinical Staff to ensure treatment is provided in accordance with established clinical guidelines. The TMS Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and documenting all aspects of TMS treatment provided. The TMS Coordinator will deliver exceptional patient care at all times by demonstrating empathy, developing trust, utilizing reflecting listening, and providing support to a vulnerable patient population. This position performs administrative support to include patient intake forms, daily safety screening forms, financial agreements, consent forms, and weekly depression rating scales.
