About The Position

As an Integration Analyst, you will serve as a specialized technical advisor, working directly with developers to implement secure payment solutions across a variety of devices and systems. Your expertise in troubleshooting and data security will ensure that merchants and vendors can safely manage transactions while maintaining the highest standards of global compliance.

Requirements

High School Diploma or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
5+ years of experience managing client implementations and conversions.
4+ years of experience with advanced troubleshooting and analysis for technical solutions.
4+ years of experience working directly with developers on integration projects.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity/analysis software.
Availability to travel as needed to support project implementations and client interactions.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
Proficient understanding of Fiserv authorization and settlement platforms, as well as onboarding and processing front-end tools.
Knowledge of process documentation and development of training plans.
Experience in project management or a related field.
Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Manage client implementations and conversions for large and technical custom implementations.
Develop, coordinate, and execute TransArmor implementation/conversion project plans, ensuring on-time and effective delivery.
Identify opportunities to streamline TransArmor procedures, enhance revenue, and improve product efficiency.
Interface with other Fiserv departments to generate and offer appropriate solutions.
Interpret and communicate Fiserv services and products to clients, sales, and vendors.
Gather client requirements for software development to support implementation/conversion.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for TransArmor, partnering with internal teams on client entablements and conversions.
