Transactional Tax Attorney
About The Position
Hill Ward Henderson, an AV-rated Tampa law firm, seeks a highly experienced Transactional Tax Attorney to join its Corporate and Tax Group. Candidates should have substantial experience advising on the tax aspects of complex transactions, including M&A, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, financings, private equity transactions, executive compensation, and equity investments. Strong expertise in U.S. federal income tax, including partnership and corporate tax planning, is required. The ideal candidate will have a practical, business-oriented approach, collaborate closely with deal teams, and possess at least seven years of relevant experience. Preferred credentials include an LL.M. in Taxation, CPA designation, or experience at a large law firm or accounting firm. No portable book of business is required. Remote arrangements will be considered. The position offers sophisticated work, immediate responsibility, excellent compensation and benefits, and a partnership opportunity or clear path to partnership, depending on experience.
