As part of Intersect’s Legal team, you’ll support a wide range of financing and strategic transactions that drive our renewable energy and data center projects forward. You’ll work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and cross-functional teams to prepare, organize, and manage critical documentation for project finance, tax equity, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other capital markets transactions. Your work will ensure smooth execution from due diligence through closing and post-closing, making you an essential partner in scaling Intersect’s clean energy and infrastructure platform.

  • Assist attorneys and senior paralegals with documentation for debt, tax equity, tax credit transfers, corporate financing, and M&A
  • Review project and corporate records to create and update disclosure schedules and other financing deliverables
  • Maintain well-organized transaction files, ensuring documents are named, filed, and accessible
  • Prepare and coordinate construction loan draws, bringdowns, and related deliverables
  • File UCC financing statements, conduct UCC searches, and manage other required corporate filings
  • Manage checklists, signature packets, and execution of documents for financial transactions
  • Coordinate with counterparties, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders to support negotiations and ancillary documentation
  • Compile and distribute executed documents and track post-closing obligations
  • Maintain transaction status reports and other tracking tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows
  • Provide general support across the Legal team to help meet deadlines and priorities
  • A bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience supporting complex transactions
  • Corporate, transactional, or finance paralegal experience—experience in renewables, data centers, or infrastructure finance is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and follow through reliably
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with composure under pressure and responsiveness to shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • A collaborative mindset, sense of humor, and ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Adobe, and the ability to learn additional platforms as needed
  • Compensation: USD$118,000- $128,000 (total compensation includes base salary + bonus)
